5.  You sometimes find yourself phrasing arguments the way you were taught to do in persuasive essays.

4.  You get into Facebook debates about stupid things because you feel like if you just wrote them 500 words about the topic, surely they’d see your point of view.

3.  You’re careful to always cite sources when making a claim.

2.  When people tell you you’re “taking it too seriously,” you get very offended. There’s no such thing!
