Theoretically the liquor should be in equal parts, though if you have a strong preference for one of the flavors, throw that in a bit more. (I personally slant toward the vanilla.)
The Game of Thrones cookbook does include a Tears of Lys recipe, but I wasn’t interested in it and also felt compelled to try it my own way. So this is clear, like the poison, and strong in a way that would likely sneak up on you.
