Because mixing nerdy cocktails is fun. We have a whole theoretical series of these for all the house words, but here are the two we’ve actually tried thus far.

Fire and Blood (House Targaryen)
Crème de cassis
Vodka
151
(Champagne or lemonade)
Something to make fire
I don’t specify proportions because you can make it as strong as you damn well please or damn well don’t please.
1. Pour your base (the champagne or lemonade) into a glass (preferably one that looks vaguely goblet-y). Add equal amounts of crème de cassis and vodka; I usually judge how strong it is by what shade of red it winds up looking like. Layer 151 on top; light up. It doesn’t flame as well with the base in (which is why you can see the lighter in the picture) but scorching the top of the drink adds flavor.
2. If you just want the shot, fill the shot glass with equal parts crème de cassis, vodka, and 151. The shot lights much easier.

Winter is Coming (House Stark)
Crème de cocoa
Cinnamon schnapps
Milk
Again with the vague proportions.
Basically, pour milk in a glass, then add in as much crème de cocoa and cinnamon schnapps as you please. When it starts to look like chocolate milk, you’re on the right track; you can put in a little more crème de cocoa if you like it chocolatier or a little more cinnamon schnapps if you like it cinnamonier.
